This stuff is confusing, and it changes all the time. That's why we're here. You don't need to know the jargon. You don't need to feel embarrassed. We're patient, we explain things properly, and we never make anyone feel daft.

Lots of our customers are older people, or their sons and daughters arranging help for a parent or grandparent. That's completely normal. You don't need to unplug or prepare anything before we arrive.

Do I need to take my device to a shop?

No. We come to your home. Everything gets fixed where it is — no unplugging, no carrying anything anywhere. You don't need to prepare anything before we arrive.

Is this just for older people?

Not at all. We help all ages. But we're especially good with people who aren't confident with technology, and we never rush anyone.

Can I get a few things fixed in one visit?

Yes — most people have a list. We'll work through everything we can while we're there.

How quickly can you come?

Usually within the same week. Give us a call and we'll find a time that works.

What if you can't fix it?

Rare, but we'll be straight with you. We'll explain your options and only charge for the time we spent.

How do I pay?

Cash, card or bank transfer on the day. We'll send you a simple invoice if that's easier.
