WiFi not working. New TV you can't figure out. Phone that needs setting up. Printer that's given up on life. We come to your house, sort it out, and explain things properly — no jargon, no rush.

How much it costs

Most home visits are between £39 and £59, depending on how long it takes.

We always tell you what it'll cost before we start. No surprises.

How it works

You ring us and tell us what's going on. We'll let you know roughly what it'll cost and arrange a time to come round — morning or afternoon, whatever suits you.

We turn up, fix the problem, and make sure you're happy with it before we leave. Cash or bank transfer.

That's it. Nothing complicated.
